How it works
A watermark is a line of text laid over an image to mark ownership, add a caption, or discourage reuse. This tool draws your text directly onto the picture with the Canvas API and lets you tune how it looks before you save.
Type your text — a name, a copyright line, a URL — then pick a position from the five presets (corners or center), set the font size in pixels, choose a color, and slide the opacity so the mark is visible without hiding the photo. The preview updates on every change, so you can dial it in exactly.
When it looks right, Download PNG saves a copy with the watermark baked in. Because the whole process runs locally, your original never leaves your device — ideal for proofs, client previews, and images you post publicly but want credited.
